Every eligible Gallery1880 purchase is protected from non-delivery, damage in transit, or major misrepresentation.
You’re covered if:
- Your item does not arrive
- Your item is broken or damaged during transit
- Your item is entirely different than what was described
Exceptions & final sale
- Items marked as non-refundable in the Returns & Cancellations section of the product description

Orders with Free Local Pickup or
Seller-Managed Local Delivery:
- You (or your agent) must inspect the item at pickup/delivery
- If you decide not to proceed, you must refuse the item on the spot
- Once you take possession, all sales are final
All sales are final 96 hours after delivery.
Returns & shipping costs
For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping, except for items specifically marked as “Free Returns” in the product description.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for any reason before shipping or local pickup begins.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to reduce the chance of return shipping charges.
- Once shipping or pickup has started, cancellations are treated as a return and return shipping costs will apply.
