Buyer Protection

Every eligible purchase from Gallery1880 is protected in the event of:

  • Non-delivery of the item

  • Damage during shipping

  • Significant misrepresentation of the item compared to the product description

If any of these occur, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.


Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested if:

  • The item does not arrive

  • The item arrives damaged during transit

  • The item is materially different from the description

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Properly packaged for return shipping

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return packing and shipping costs, unless the product listing explicitly states Free Returns.


Exceptions and Final Sale

Some items may be marked non-refundable in the product description.

Orders with:

  • Free Local Pickup

  • Seller-Managed Local Delivery

must be inspected at pickup or delivery.

If you decide not to proceed, the item must be refused at the time of pickup or delivery.

Once possession of the item is taken, all sales are considered final.

All sales become final 96 hours after delivery unless an issue has been reported.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before the item ships, or

  • Before local pickup or delivery begins

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation.

If the item has already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs may apply.
