We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and properly packaged for safe return shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the description. Returns must be requested and approved before the item is sent back.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the situation and provide instructions.

Items offered with local pickup or seller-managed delivery must be inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. Once the item has been accepted, the sale is considered final.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after the item arrives, and your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to complete the refund.
